Detailed Solution

Sher Shah Suri ruled during 1540-1545.
Sher Shah Suri (1540–1545) began his career as the administrator of a small region in Bihar for his uncle before taking on and defeating the Mughal emperor Humayun. After taking control of Delhi, Sher Shah Suri created his dynasty. Although the Suri dynasty only governed for fifteen years (1540–1555), it instituted an administration that improved Alauddin Khalji's policies during that time. In several ways, Akbar's administration was modelled after Sher Shah's. North India's king was Sher Shah Suri. He carried out effective campaigns in Sindh, Rajasthan, and Malwa. He was a wise administrator who improved communications, created roads, reorganised the military and the tax system, and introduced the new coin, the rupia. Travelling was simple and safe thanks to his sarais.
