Let ABCD be a quadrilateral and P, Q, R, and S the midpoints of AB, BC, CD, and DA, respectively.

In ΔACD,

R and S are the midpoints of CD and DA, respectively.

Similarly,

QR || BD

PQRS is parallelogram.
