25+36+10g12f+C=0(3)
Subtracting (2) -(1) we get 20 + 4g -12f = 0
5 + g - 3f = 0→(4)
Soluing (4) and (5) we get
f=2,g=11,c=25
equation of circle will be
x2+y222x4y+25=0(6)
Point (19,8) substituting in equation (4)
(19)2+(8)222.194.8+25=0
Hence (19,8) lie on circel and four points are con cyclic
