It is given that,
Side of square garden

= 30 m

and
Scale used to draw picture

= 1 cm : 5 m

.
Since,
The perimeter of square

= 4 \times Side

Then,
The perimeter of garden

= 4 \times 30 m

= 120 m

We know that,

Scale = \frac{Size Drawn}{Actual Size}

Then,

\Rightarrow \frac{1 cm}{5 m} = \frac{Side of Garden in picture}{Actual Side of Garden}

\Rightarrow \frac{1 cm}{5 \times 100 cm} = \frac{Side of Garden in picture}{30 \times 100 cm}
