Detailed Solution

The Simon commission greeted India with large protests and the slogan "Simon, go back".
Simon's Commission arrived in India in 1928 and was boycotted by all Indians with the slogan "Simon, go back." However, there was a reason why the Simon Commission was formed when the Indian members of the Central Legislative Assembly exposed the drawbacks of the Indian government, which were implemented by the Government of India Act 1919. Therefore, the purpose of the formation of the Simon Commission was to make reforms and keep a check on the functionality of Indians.
But no Indians were included in the Commission, so all Indians were against it.
