The number of six digit numbers divisible by 3 formed using 0,1,2,3,4,5  : 

Since zero included in the number, first digit must be placed any one of the numbers 1,2,3,4,5, this can be done in 5 ways

The remaining five digits can be filled with the remaining five digits in 5! ways. 

Therefore, the number of six digit numbers, which are divisible by 3 formed by the digits 0,1,2,3,4,5 without repetition is 55!=600
