Detailed Solution

Social Contract' was written by Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
The relationship between nature and legal rights is often a problem in social contract theory. The name of the term comes from Jean-Jacques Rousseau's 1762 book The Social Contract, which discusses this concept. Rousseau explains the ideal form of this social contract and explains its philosophical foundation. For Rousseau, the collective grouping of all who enter civil society by consent is called a sovereign, which, at least figuratively, can be thought of as a person with a unified will. Of course, real individuals may have different opinions and desires depending on the situation, but this principle is important because the sovereign expresses the general will of all people as a whole. Rousseau defines this general will as the collective need of all to provide for the common interests of all.
