Detailed Solution

Social exclusion is both cause as well as an effect of poverty.
When a person cannot fulfil his basic needs, such as food, shelter, and clothing, they are said to be poor. In other words, we can say that if a person is unable to fulfil his basic amenities, that is, he is unable to pay for his minimum calorie intake, he is considered poor. Poverty is the condition from which the poor population of our country is suffering. Social exclusion is the condition where poor people live with other poor people and are excluded from enjoying the social equality of better people in a better environment.
