We know that the volume of the cylinder is π r 2 h,   where r is the radius of the cylinder and h is its height.
The volume of the cone is 1 3 π R 2 h,  where R is the radius of the cone and h is its height.
We know that
1mm= 1 10 cm  .
Height of the cone is 1 cm.
Therefore the number of cones can be calculated as,
  n= Volumeofthecylinder Volumeofonecone n= π 3 2 ×5 1 3 π 1 10 2 ×1 n= 9×5 1 3 × 1 100 n=13500  
Hence there are 13500 such cones.
