3 x 2 − 22 x − 23 = 0 ⇒ 3 x 2 + 2 x − 32 x − 23 = 0 ⇒ x (3 x + 2) − 6 (3 x + 2) = 0 ⇒ (x − 6) (3 x + 2) = 0
