Rhizobium
i. Rhizobium form root nodules in leguminous plants.
ii. They fix the atmospheric nitrogen into an organic form.
Mycorrhiza

ii. Plant provides shelter and food to the fungi whereas fungi provides water and minerals to the plant partner.
