Detailed Solution

SSA stands for Sarv Siksha Abhiyan. It is a movement that promotes "Education for All."
It is a flagship program of the Indian government that began in 2001 to achieve the Universalization of Elementary Education (UEE). The SSA initiative was founded by former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. When Article 21 A of the Indian Constitution was amended to provide free and compulsory education for children aged 6 to 14, a fundamental right, SSA gained legal support. SSA aspires to meet the time-bound requirements of this fundamental right. The federal government is implementing this plan in collaboration with state governments.
