Detailed Solution

State power using religion in politics is communal politics.
In a society where one religion is deemed to be superior to another, the use of religion is known as communal politics. A specific religion's adherents must form a single community. They share similar core interests. People who practice various religions cannot be a part of the same social group; it also follows. In this case, one religious movement is opposed to another, and its demands conflict with those of the other religious movement. The foundation of communal politics is the notion that a community can only be formed based on religion. In a severe form of communalism, it follows that individuals of different religions are not treated equally as citizens and cannot coexist in a single country, which results in its division.
