Option1 is correct. In layman's language, we can say that voice determines the form that the verb takes in a sentence. It also adjudges the status of the subject and the object. Voice can be Active or Passive. In simple sentences, we can say that when the subject of a verb also acts as the verb, the verb is said to be in the active voice. If the active voice is in simple present tense then the rule will be subject + root form of the Verb (with s or es) + Object. Example -He eats an apple every day. Here, the subject is " He  ", the verb is "eats"  and the object is an apple. Option 2 is incorrect because the rule of passive voice in the present tense is (Object + is/am/are+ past participle form of the Verb+Subject ).
