Option1 is correct. In layman's language, we can say that voice determines the form that the verb takes in a sentence. It also adjudges the status of the subject and the object. Voice can be Active or Passive. In simple sentences, we can say that when the subject of a verb also acts as the verb, the verb is said to be in the active voice. The rule of active voice is Subject + Verb + Object  Example-They will do the work. Here, the subject is they, the verb is will do and the object is the work. Option 2 is incorrect because it is not a passive voice.
