It is given that ABC   is a triangle right-angled at B   such that  BCA=2BAC  .
Make construction on the given ΔABC   as shown in the figure given below.
Extend CB   to D   in such that BD = BC  .
Join AD  .
Assume CAB   and BAD   to be x °   each.
Question ImageConsider ΔABC   and ΔABD  ,
BC=BD    (constructed)
ABC=ABD   (each 90 °  )
AB=AB   (common)
Therefore, by SAS congruence criteria,
ΔABCΔABD  
By congruent parts of congruent triangles,
CAB=DAB   AC=AD                     ......(1)
Calculate the measure of CAD  .
CAD=CAB+BAD   CAD= x ° + x °   CAD=2 x °   But, AC=AD   from equation (1).
ACD=ADB 2 x °   Therefore, ΔACD   is an equilateral triangle.
AC=CD  
 AC=2BC  
If ABC   is a triangle right-angled at B   such that  BCA=2BAC  , then AC=2BC  .
Hence the statement is true.
Hence option 1 is correct.
