Detailed Solution

The above statement is true.
To produce cotton cloth, the most important raw material is cotton itself. In India, cotton is grown in various places. One such place is Kurnool located in Andhra Pradesh. Once the cotton is grown and harvested by the farmers, it is sold to local traders. The local traders then take the cotton to Kurnool's local cotton market where it is sold by them to the ginning mills. The ginning mills then remove the seeds from the cotton balls and press the cotton into bales. Then, the bales are bought by spinning mills who then turn these bales into yarns. These yarns are then sold to yarn dealers. Thus, it can be seen that for the production of clothes so many stages of production are interlinked.
