Detailed Solution

Given, ABCD is a parallelogram where AP   and CQ are angle bisectors of A   and C  respectively.
Question ImageAP and CQ are angle bisectors
BAP= 1 2 A      And, DCQ= 1 2 C
A=C (Opposite angles of a parallelogram)
12A=12C
BAP=DCQ
Now,
  BAC=DCA   … (2) [ ABCD  , transversal AC, Alternate angles]
Subtracting (2) from (1),
BAPBAC=DCQDCA
CAP=ACQ   As, these are alternate angles with AC as transversal,
APQC
Similarly, PCAQ
Thus, APCQ is a parallelogram.
Hence the given statement is true. Hence, the correct option is 1.
