For a moving charge in circular path in a uniform magnetic field, the force on the particle is always perpendicular to the velocity of the particle. Hence speed of particle remain same but only direction of motion changes. Therefore magnitude of  linear momentum odes not change.

The speed of the particle is constant but since direction changes velocity also changes.
