Intensity in case of interference at any point of screen is given by 
 I = I1 + I2 + 2  I1I2cosϕ                               = 2I1 + 2 I1I2 cosϕ
 Sum of the intensities due to two slits.
 In case, neither slit is blocked, at central part screen,  ϕ= 0, so    I0 = 4I1
 Now when one of the slits is blocked then interference disappears and intensity at centre is just due to one of slits and it becomes  I1 ,i.e.  I04.
So option (c) is correct and option (d) is incorrect.
