Isolated magnetic pole cannot be obtainted , a north pole is always associated with a south pole . Therefore a closed surface always encloses a magnetic dipole . So net magnetic pole enclosed by a closed surface is always zero , hence by Gauss's law flux linked with the surface is zero.                    Direction of induced current is given by Lenz's law.
