Statement A: Most of the cancers are caused due to chromosomal aberrations. 
Statement B: Genome becomes progressively unstable due to rearrangements, deletion and duplication of genes in chromosomes. 

Much of the cancers are caused due to inversion which results in rearrangement of genes in a chromosome, deletion in which one or few genes are lost or duplication in which a particular gene is duplicated and attached at the same site or at different location of chromosomes.
