Lone pair causes more repulsions than bond pair . To mimimize the repulusions the only lone pair in SF4 molecule occupies equatorial position.
The  Fe-S-Fe  is expected to be 90° and Fa-S-Fa is expected to be 180°
But to over come the repulsions caused by lone pair all the bond pairs come closer to each other and the resulting shape of SF4 molecule is distorted tetrahedral (sea saw) (OR) Z - shaped
