Detailed Solution

o−nitrophenol has intramolecular hydrogen bonding p−nitrophenol has intermolecular hydrogen bonding. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding leads to a molecular association. Therefore o−nitrophenol has a lower boiling point than p− nitrophenol.

Hydrogen fluoride has stronger hydrogen bonding than water. The electronegativity of Fluorine atom is more than that of Oxygen atom which leads to stronger hydrogen bonding in hydrogen fluoride.
