Though fructose is a ketose it gives positive Tollen's,Fehling's and Benedict's test;

All these reagents oxidise aldehydes to carboxylic acids in alkaline medium;

In alkaline medium,fructose undergoes reversible isomerisation(Lobry-debruyn-vanekenstein rearrangement) to give an equilibrium mixture of glucose,fructose and mannose;

Thus fructose reduces Tollen's,Fehling's and Benedict's reagents;
