Statement I :One of the conditions to form an alloy is that the two metals forming an alloy must differ in their atomic radii by less than 15%
Statement II : In aqueous solution ${\mathrm{Mn}}^{+3}$ is a stronger oxidizing agent than  ${\mathrm{Fe}}^{+3}$

Conditions of formation of alloy
I)  (1) Atomic radii difference between two metals must be less than 15% 
     (2) Same valency of the metals
     (3) Same crystal structure of the metals
     Even if at least one condition is satisfied, alloy formation occurs
II) ${\mathrm{E}}_{{\mathrm{Mn}}^{+3}/{\mathrm{Mn}}^{+2}}^{\mathrm{o}}\left(+1.57 \mathrm{V}\right)>{\mathrm{E}}_{{\mathrm{Fe}}^{+3}/{\mathrm{Fe}}^{+2}}^{\mathrm{o}}\left(+0.772 \mathrm{V}\right)$
