Detailed Solution

'Sulh-i-kul' means universal peace.
The Great Akbar introduced the concept of "Sulh-i-kul." The concept of "Sulh-i-kul" was founded on tolerance, which did not discriminate in his domain between those of various religions. Sulh-i-kul, also known as Qul, is Akbar's universal harmony and peace concept. Sulh-i kul, an Arabic phrase that refers to a Sufi mystic ideal, literally means "peace with everyone," "universal peace," or "perfect peace." It was a term used by Akbar, the third Mughal Emperor of India (1556–1605), to characterise the peaceful coexistence of various religions. The third Mughal emperor, Akbar the Great, ruled from 1556 until 1605. Under the leadership of a regent named Bairam Khan, Akbar succeeded his father, Humayun, and worked to further the Mughal empire's influence throughout India.
