The distance covered, dc =100 m

Time interval, t = 10 s

Let the distance measured by scale, ds = 2 cm

Taken,

100 m = 1 cm

∴ Actual distance covered by the blue car (as per measured), 

d = dc×ds

d = 100 × 2

d = 200 m

Now the speed of the blue car,

s =dt

s = 20010

s = 20 m

Thus the speed of the blue car, s = 20 m
