Detailed Solution

"Swaraj is my birthright, and I shall have it," was said by Bal Gangadhar Tilak. Bal Gangadhar Tilak, better known as Lokmanya, was an Indian patriot, educator, and crusader for independence. He made up a third of the trio(Lal-Bal-Pal) that comprised Lala Lajpat Rai and Bipin Chandra Pal. Tilak founded the movement for Indian independence. He was referred to as "The father of the Indian unrest" by British colonial officials. Bal Gangadhar Tilak established the Indian Home Rule League in April 1916 under the rousing motto, "Swarajya is my birthright, and I shall have it."
