Concept- First we have to find an average of Rs 126 and Rs 135 price. It represents a mixture then takes the average as one kind and let another kind be Rs x . average price Rs 153. Now find the value of the third variety.
Since, first and the second variety are mixed in some equal proportions. So average price is

= (\frac{126 + 135}{2}) = 130.50

Now,
mixture formed by mixing two variety one at Rs. 130.50 per kg
and other at Rs. x per kg in ratio 1:1.
Now, we have to find x
By rule of alligation , we get

1 = (\frac{x - 153}{22.5}) \times 153 + 22.5 = x

Then,

x = Rs . 175.50

Hence,the correct answer is option 1.
