Detailed Solution

The chutney music was popular in Trinidad and Guyana.
It is a style of regional Caribbean calypso and soca music, later Bollywood music, and Indian folk music, most notably Bhojpuri folk music. From there, this musical subgenre migrated to Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Suriname, Jamaica, and other Caribbean nations, including Fiji, Mauritius, and South Africa. The popularity of chutney music peaked in the 1980s after first emerging in the middle of the 20th century. Subgenres now come in a wide variety. People from the Indo-Caribbean region, who are descended from the Hindi Belt, formed this modern genre fusion. The British abducted enslaved people employed as indentured workers on sugar plantations to replace them after they were liberated. In the Indo-Caribbean during the 1940s, chutney music was developed in temples, wedding homes, and cane fields.
