Detailed Solution

The Yarn produced in Indian industries was exported to China.
Because the Chinese market was swamped with products from Chinese and Japanese mills, Indian yarn exports to China decreased starting in 1906. The Indian industry transitioned from Yarn to fabric manufacture in response to market demand. Indian yarn shipments to China slowed the move from Indian Yarn to Chinese and Japanese Yarn in China. As a result, Indian businesses have moved from Yarn to piece-cloth manufacture. In addition, the number of Indian industries grew due to the World Wars. Britain's mills and industries were busy producing for the war effort during the wars, and India's imports plummeted.
