Detailed Solution

The Parliament can make changes to the existing law of the country.
Only by introducing a Bill in either House of Parliament is it possible to make amendments to the Constitution. A vote must then approve the Bill of not less than two-thirds of the members of each House who are present and voting, as well as a majority of the whole membership of that House. Article 368 of the Constitution gives the Parliament the authority to change, add, or repeal the land laws. But the Constitution's fundamental framework is impervious to harm from the Parliament.
