Detailed Solution

The Lok Sabha is also known as the lower chamber of the Parliament.
It has absolute power and is chosen by the people. The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha are the two Houses that make up Parliament. The Lok Sabha has 543 members who are chosen for a 5-year term. The Council of Ministers is under the Lok Sabha's jurisdiction. The Prime Minister can only be chosen if they have the support of the majority of Lok Sabha members. All ministers, including the prime minister, are required to resign if the majority of Lok Sabha members express "no confidence" in the Council of Ministers. The Lok sabha is the main powerhouse of the Parliament as they are directly elected by the people of India.
