Detailed Solution

The rule of law means everybody is equal before the law. According to the rule of law, there should be no discrimination, and everyone should be equal before the law. The Constituent Assembly discussed and adopted many provisions to establish the rule of law before crafting the Constitution. The most important of these was that everyone in independent India was treated equally under the law. People cannot be mistreated under the law because of their gender, caste, or religion. According to the idea of the rule of law, everyone in the country must obey the law equally, and no one is exempt. The law does not apply to wealthy people, public officials, or even the country's president.
