Detailed Solution

The Apartheid system was particularly oppressive for blacks.
During the time in Africa when it was under the control of Europeans, they used to call the native people of Africa ‘blacks’ because of their dark skin colour. Although there were people of other skin colour apart from blacks and whites that lived there too, they were called coloured people. There was a system of racial discrimination which was only for the black skin-coloured people. This system was known as the apartheid system of discrimination. Under this, the blacks were not allowed to enter the colonies of the white people, and also they were not allowed in schools, hospitals, trains, buses, cinema halls, libraries, hotels, taxis, swimming pools, beaches, etc. they were only allowed to enter the colonies of the whites if they are serving there as slaves.
