1)      White families were twelve times wealthier than black families.
2)      In an election for choosing the president of the country, nearly 20% of the population that are rich have voted. As given, 9 out of 10 people in these families have voted. Whereas, regarding the lower 20% of the population that is poor only 5 people out of 10 have voted from the families.
3)      Nearly 95% of contributions of political parties came from rich families. Hence it was easy for these families to express their views, opinions, and concerns regarding them.
4)      This led to an overall decrease in the participation of poor people in the country's politics and their views and problems were neglected or were not taken seriously by the government.
