Detailed Solution

The economy's three sectors are all interdependent.  The primary sector serves as the foundation for all economic activity since it involves production at its most fundamental level, namely the exploitation of natural resources. E.g., Agriculture, horticulture, fishing, forestry, mining, etc. Manufacturing transforms manufactured commodities into processed goods. This is the Secondary industry. This industry relies on the primary sector for raw materials and, in turn, offers a market for primary sector producers. The Tertiary or Service sector supports the manufacturing process by providing services. It comprises product transportation, storage, marketing, and sale. Transport, banking, and communication are some examples. These sectors are required to boost manufacturing while also sustaining themselves.
