The amine that does not form hydrogen bonds

• Tertiary amines do not form any hydrogen bonds due to steric hindrance.

Here, Isopropyl amine, Neopentyl amine and Tertiary butyl amine are primary amines. But N,N–Dimethyl aminoethane is a tertiary amine.

Since it is a tertiary amine it does not form any hydrogen bonds.
