The angle between two covalent bonds is minimum in H2O.

(A) In H2O, there are two O-H bonds and two lone pairs on central oxygen. So there exist lone pair - lone pair repulsions, which causes decrease in bond angle from 109o28' to 104o.

(B) CO2 has linear shape and bond angle is 180o

(C) In NH3(one l.p+3b.p), there exists bond pair - lone pair repulsions. so the bond angle decreases to 107o.

(D) CH4 has four bond pairs, so the bond angle is 109o28' .
