Detailed Solution

The Awadh Kisan Sabha was headed by Jawaharlal Nehru and Baba Ramachandra, and others.
It was established to combat talukdars and landowners who demanded excessive taxes and rents. Baba Ram Chandra founded the Oudh Kisan Sabha in 1920. He was a trade unionist who brought together the farmers of Oudh and organised the first anti-landlord protest.he previously served as an indentured labourer in Fiji, and led the peasants in Awadh. The campaign was directed against the talukdars and landlords in this region who demanded outrageously high rents and a variety of additional cesses from the local peasants. In June 1920, Jawaharlal Nehru started travelling to the villages of Awadh, talking with the residents and attempting to comprehend their issues.
