Let us assume lowest score as ‘P’

Highest score is P + 120

Average of 30 innings are $\Rightarrow \frac{28 \times 38 + P + P + 120}{30} = 40$

$1064 + P + P + 120 = 1200$

$2 P = 1200 - 1184 = 16$

$P = \frac{16}{2} = 8 r u n s$
