The Battle of Buxar was fought in 1764 between British and Indian rulers in Bihar. When Mir Qasim became the Nawab of Bengal, he found that the Britishers only used him as a puppet because the administrative power was under the Britishers. All the Indian rulers were angry because of the unfair work. Then Mir Qasim, Shah Alam II, Shuja-ud-Daula, and Balwant Singh came together as a team against the Britishers, but the British won this battle because Munro led the British army.
