Detailed Solution

The Black Power Movement emerged in 1966.
It was an aggressive anti-racist movement that called for using force, if necessary, to eradicate racism in the US. It was developed by a powerful group known as the Black Panther Party and gained widespread acceptance in 1966. Following Malcolm X's teachings, this movement pushed for racial equality and pride, everyone's socioeconomic empowerment, and the advancement of political and cultural institutions for the minority black population in the US. Although the movements died down by the 1970s, they significantly impacted black people's political and cultural outlook. This movement catalysed all other minorities in the US to rise and fight for their rights.
