The bones of the palm are

The skeleton of the palm consists of five bones called metacarpals. 

The metatarsals are present in the intermediate region of the foot between the ankle and the toes. 

The carpals are the wrist bones. 

The phalanges are the bones of the digits (fingers and toes).
