Using the distance formula

D = \sqrt{{(x_{2} - x_{1})}^{2} + {(y_{2} - y_{1})}^{2}}

We know that, the diameter of the circle is

Therefore, the radius of the circle is,

a^{2} - 5 a - 3 a + 15 = 0
