Detailed Solution

The change that cannot be reversed is the changing of milk into curd.
Changes keep happening around. Some of them can be reversed, and some of them cannot be reversed. The water changes into water vapour on heating, and the process is known as evaporation. The water vapour changes into the water on cooling and the process is known as condensation. The ice changes into water on heating and the process is known as melting. In all these changes, only the state of water changes, and no new substance is formed. So, they are reversible changes. But the curd, once made from milk, cannot be converted back into milk. The original form of milk is lost and cannot be obtained again. So, this is an irreversible process.
