Given, the height of a cylinder (h) = 30 cm. 

The circumference of the base of a cylinder = 88 cm.

We know that the circumference of the base = $2\mathrm{\pi r}$  (Where $\mathrm{\pi }=\frac{22}{7}$ and r is the radius of the cylinder)

$88=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r$

$\mathrm{r}=14 \mathrm{cm}$

The volume of the cylinder$={\mathrm{\pi r}}^2\mathrm{h}$.

$=\frac{22}{7}\times 14\times 14\times 30$

$=18480 {\mathrm{cm}}^3$

Therefore, the volume of the cylinder is 18480 cm³.
