Detailed Solution

The Civil Code of 1804 is also called Napoleonic Code. To make the entire system more logical and effective, Napoleon Bonaparte introduced revolutionary concepts into the administrative field. He kept the administrative setup that had been established during the French Revolution. In 1804, he created the Napoleonic Code, often known as the Civil Code. All birth-based privileges were abolished. It guaranteed the right to property and established equality before the law. He abolished the feudal order, reorganised the governmental structure, and freed the peasants from serfdom and manorial duties. Likewise, guild systems in towns were eliminated. Systems for transportation and communication were enhanced. New entrepreneurs, artisans, peasants, and labourers relished their newly discovered freedom.
