Detailed Solution

The Civil Disobedience Movement was not participated by Industrial workers. Except for the Nagpur region, the industrial working classes did not participate in the Civil Disobedience Movement in significant numbers. Congress was hesitant to incorporate workers' demands. They pushed to increase wages. Nevertheless, some workers did take part in the Civil Disobedience movement, adopting certain Gandhian principles, like the boycott of imported goods, as part of their struggle against low wages and unfavourable working conditions. Dock and railway workers went on strike in 1930 and 1932, respectively.
